NiaNik Animal Technologies

NiaNik Animal Technologies is a closely and privately owned corporation that is certified in 2021. It is owned by Prof. Amir Niasari-Naslaji and Dr Darab Nikjou. The name of this company is exclusive and derived from the first three letters of the owners of corporation. The main objective of this company is to perform research and development related to animal and veterinary science technologies, particularly in reproductive technologies. The owners espouse great capabilities in reproductive technologies and are active in disseminating reproductive technologies in cattle, sheep and cattle. Although, there is possibility of expanding their expertise toward other domestic and wild species. For instance, as a national target, we have collected semen successfully from a male Persian Leopard named “VARKAN”, in order to inseminate female Leopard named “SHAYA” in Baragin National Park, Qazvin, Iran.  Semen cryopreservation and laparoscopic AI in sheep, semen collection and AI in camel, embryo recovery and transfer in cattle, sheep, camel and buffalo and reproductive management of dairy farms are part of expertise that this company has focused on at the present time. The company likes to extend its activities by receiving the exclusive representative from Iranian and well-known international companies. Besides, the company aims at doing research and production of commodities necessary to boost production and reproduction performance of domestic animals. The members of this incorporation are very honored in establishing the semen collection by phantom from camel for the first time in the world and insemination of dromedary camel female with semen collected from Bactrian camel male. Moreover, they were able to conduct the first interspecies embryo transfer, between Bactrian and dromedary camel, successfully, for the first time in the world. All of these activities were conducted in national scale in Ardabil, Semnan and Qom Provinces of Iran.  Performing the first successful embryo transfer program in Oman was the first successful broadcasting activities of incorporate members. Prof. A. Niasari-Naslaji is proud of establishing Camel Advanced Reproductive Technology Center (CARTC) following the agreement between University of Tehran and Government of Dubai, for the Zabeel Office, Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking new opportunities to extend our services at the international forum according to the articles of incorporation.
